Privacy policy

This page explains what this website collects and what happens to it. It covers the website only — information you give during a consultation is clinical record-keeping and is governed by the clinic’s own confidentiality obligations.

What this site collects

• Enquiry form. The name, phone number, email address and message you submit. This is stored so the clinic can reply to you, and for no other purpose.
• Assistant conversations. Messages sent to the on-site information assistant are stored so the clinic can see which questions visitors ask most and improve the answers. Do not type medical details into it.
• Technical data. Standard server information such as your browser type and approximate network address, used for security and to limit abuse.

What this site does not do

• It does not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• It does not run advertising trackers or build advertising profiles.
• It does not take payments, and never asks for card or bank details.

Where it is stored

Enquiries and assistant transcripts are stored in a managed database (Supabase). Access is restricted to Dr. Subodh Kumar Pokharel and authorised clinic staff.

Third parties

Embedded videos and Google Maps load from those services when you interact with them, and are subject to their own privacy policies. Videos use YouTube’s no-cookie domain and only load after you press play.
