In an emergency
Do not use this website or its assistant in an emergency. Contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.
The information assistant
The assistant answers from a fixed set of administrative questions written by the clinic. It will decline to discuss symptoms, treatment or medication. Its answers about hours and availability are a convenience — confirm anything time-sensitive by phone.
Ordering books
Books are not sold through this website. The order buttons open a phone call or a WhatsApp message to the clinic, and any price, payment and delivery arrangement is made directly with the clinic.

Accuracy
The site is kept up to date as carefully as possible, but clinic hours and availability can change at short notice. Call ahead before travelling.
